Michael Murphy:
Thank you all so very much for allowing me to introduce myself. My name is Michael Murphy and I arrived in China last week. I traveled from Canada for the opportunity to teach you English. I think your school is very beautiful and that all the teachers and students are very friendly. You have all made both Kelly and I very welcome, and we thank you all very much. I hope I can help as many students as possible to gain a better understanding of how to speak English. I look forward to teaching you soon. My favorite sport is football, but I also enjoy basketball any many other events. I like to cook and look forward to making some Chinese food for Kelly!!!

Kelly Murphy:
Firstly, I would very much like to thank all the teachers and students at Baoying Middle School for the warm welcome that Michael and I received here. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I was born in England but have lived in Canada for over 20 years. Canada is a beautiful country and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about it. I like to watch football on television and I also enjoy reading. I am looking forward to teaching oral English and being a part of your community. I am also looking forward to learning Mandarin.
